Needing a career change. Been in the same job for over 10 years and it’s meaningless to me now and I’m over it. Have always had a passion to work in the health care system and thinking of doing a course In phlebotomy to get me started.
Fellow phlebotomist, What are the pros and cons working in this field and is it a good career? And are there many jobs?
Don’t want to leave a stable job to go unstable work.

I’m a nurse so phlebotomy is part of my job. I think it would get boring pretty fast. Repetitive, not much thinking involved. I can’t imagine the pay is great
