Hi there is it normal to not be able to sleep at 36 weeks ? Is this a sign of labour or just another pregnancy thing. ?
Thanks

Just another pregnancy thing. I've just gone 40 weeks and haven't been sleeping very well for a few weeks - I find it's a mix of needing the toilet often, difficult to find a comfortable position, I feel the heat a lot while pregnant and then there's the frustration of there being no reason but you just can't sleep!
This is almost exactly what I was going to say! I also know that with my first I was also starting to feel anxious at the thought of having a tiny human with no instructions being solely dependent on me which is also normal to an extent. Any concerns should be run by your midwife/doctor!
I struggled. I was also huge, uncomfortable, so tired I couldn't sleep...
But call you midwife.
