I started back at work in February after having 6 months off with my third baby. In March our business had to start working from home.
It is now May and I am still struggling to get back into the swing of things with work. I am high up in management in my role so I cannot delegate tasks and things need to get done. I feel constantly deflated at work (especially with still getting up at night for the baby) and I do not know how to motivate myself. I do enjoy my work and my role but I am struggling to stay on task. I never had this issue with returning to work after having my first two.
Any tips would be much appreciated.
