Good afternoon
My daughter doesn’t know what she wants to do when she leaves school.
She really doesn’t like school too much and not really interested in the subjects she has chosen (she is in year 11).
There is one subject she loves and is doing well at and that is community and family studies.
Would anyone be kind enough to let me know what jobs she could do Once she leaves school that she might enjoy that she could use these skills in.
I have spoken to the careers advisor but she was a bit hopeless

Maybe she will go on to TAFE and social work or childcare or youth worker. There are so many options. Counselling, nurse, healthcare worker. It’s only year 11. Lots of kids still have no idea. Don’t pressure her to make a decision. Just let her enjoy her subjects for now. By the end of year 12 she could have plans to go to police or defence.
