Routines

Hi everyone,
Can you please help me out. I have a 3mo, 2yo(just) and 7yo (autistic).
I've never been good with routines so need a hand with creating a realistic one please.
What do you have in your routines and what time does everything happen please?
Things like mornings, dinner, bedtime(teeth, story, bath/shower), school reader/homework, chores. How much time do they get outside with limited sunlight now given everything that needs to be done also? I'm not very good at juggling or prioritising.
Please help we're all a little lost and my house is chaos.

We get home from school and they have a snack and then play inside or outside. I make early dinner so when its dinner time about 5, thats time to come inside and basically its wind down from then.
Dinner, then bath, pjs on, get ready for school the next day, they can play inside or watch tv while I sort lunches and uniforms and all of that. We tidy the lounge/living area because I just need that to be clean for my own organisation.
Then brush teeth and bed before 7. Get milk, fruit if theyre hungry, sort out their beds and itchies and all the random things and Ill read them a story by lamplight and talk a bit while theyre in bed. When they were little theyd be asleep by 7.30 then Id leave, but now I can kiss goodnight and leave them and they go off to sleep on their own.
