So the people that live next door to us have kids. And they let them scream and play outside till after midnight and then by 6an they are out side screaming and carrying again every single weekend.
Am I wrong for thinking that it’s a bit much? These people moved in a few months ago, and now along with the screaming kids they burn rubbish in their back yard, throw branches and other things over our fence. I’m so frustrated.
I’ve gone over more then once to say something but it never changes. Would I be wrong to ring their real estate and complain?

If they're consistently outside wreaking havoc til midnight, then back at it a mere 6 hours later - I'd be calling the police to come out for a welfare check because that's pretty indicative of some negligence going on.
I think you're pretty justified in making a complaint to their real estate agency but I wouldn't expect immediate results.
We had a similar situation in our street, several of us in the neighbourhood had no choice but to put in a complaint because these people were literally out of control (far worse than noisy kids and branch chucking). We still had to tolerate their shit for another 7 months until their lease ran out because the law was on the tenants side.
Absolutely report it
Put in a noise complaint with the council and email their real estate.
Ring the real elate id they aren’t listening and respecting your boundaries. You have tried. If it’s midnight call police with noise complaints and get this dealt with. The agent will tell you the same as there isn’t much they can do apart from ask them not to. The price will have record of it and eventually they’ll get kicked out of it continues.
Council report and police report only way to deal with it. Also let the agent know and they won’t renew their lease.
I had neighbours from hell. They would play music all hours at night in the middle of the week. During the day it was so loud you could barely hear a mower over it. Several calls to the police got me nowhere. We ended up complaining to the real estate who gave them a warning. They didn’t listen to the warning, continued to do as they wished and got kicked out, but it was for multiple reasons.
You can complain to the council, they will monitor the noise and if unreasonable they will do something about it. In my experience the real estate was the most helpful.
