I was diagnosed with PMDD, due to other health issues it was suggested I have the depo, I had it, I still had a lot of pain in the lower abdomen and lower back following the injection. Fast forward to when I would be due to my period, and I have started bleeding, I have had the pains again, only positive is the less moodiness. Has anyone else had issues with the depo? Has anyone else still ovulated while on the depo? Any advice with PMDD? Any advice at all would be appreciated.

Hello, no advice re the depot shot, but I also have PMDD. I take low dose Prozac for it. It’s been a total game changer! Also there are a few Australian PMDD Support Groups on Facebook. You’ll probably have better luck there getting an answer re depot.
