Threatened Miscarriage

Hi mums
In need of some advice/help. A couple of years ago I lost my baby due to a subcronic hematoma at a late 17 weeks. I am now pregnant again and 13 weeks along. I had a bleed and some fluid loss at 11+5 and went to the hospital where bubs was fine and the bleeding had gone to just brown blood only. They called a threatened miscarriage. It’s been a week and a half and I still have brown blood. Not a lot but mostly in the morning after being asleep. I need to hear some others stories about bleeding late in pregnancy and persistent brown blood and what was wrong that they had this please. I’m going out of my mind as it was so hard losing my last bub at 17 weeks.
