I hate my job

I hate my job- I’ve spent years waiting for the company to change. Submitting ideas, flagging issues. The job is nowhere near what was described to me in the interview and I think everyone at the top thinks the company is capable of something that we just aren’t set up for and they won’t invest in!
But it pays well. I live remote and I look for other jobs almost daily but it would mean a significant pay cut. I’ve thought about study/ career change but I have no idea what I’d like to do- I also would still need to work and with a young family I don’t want to over commit.
