Hoping to get some advice without negative comments.
I am currently 20 weeks pregnant with baby number 3. After suffering two previous miscarriages before this pregnancy I am extremely anxious and not taking any risks.
There is so much information surrounding Covid and the vaccinations and I am so lost.
I haven’t received any vaccinations yet and initially made the decision that until I was further along (around 30 weeks) I would wait to get vaccinated.
I’m so torn, apart of me doesn’t want to risk the vaccine but I also don’t want to risk contracting Covid and harming my baby.

It’s worth having this conversation with your GP. They know your medical history and can help give you facts (not people’s opinions). They can help you make the best decision based on your anxiety and the risks of where you live.
If you don't want to take any risks, get the vaccine. It's recommended at any time so nothing to wait for. Also get flu and whooping cough, you're at higher risk as a pregnant woman and it passes on protection to your newborn. Don't take chances.
Sorry but I wouldn't do it. I don't want to start a fight with anyone but I now know of a 44 year old person that has died within hours of getting a covid jab and another 60 year old man who is in Sir Charles Gardner hospital since having his jab and its unknown if he's going to make it. They should be checking everyone for health conditions that could be affected by this but they aren't, just jab anybody. The 60 year old man had several known health conditions but they still did it. The 44 year old had none that he knew of but suspected heart condition. If you have had miscarriages please don't do it until after baby is born and even more wait for your 6 week check up to see if your health is fine. For such new immunisations they should be health checking everyone just like they would for a trial.
Please discuss this with you dr. They will give you the facts along with any pros and cons and give you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. That’s the route I took when deciding
Put it this way if you get covid it won’t be good. I know many who have had the vax and had healthy babies. Your choice. If it was me I would have it but I understand the anxiety of it all. You have already been through so much.
Kelly here from The Imperfect Mum team and Kristy posted a similar question to this one on Facebook that had lots of replies.
I highly recommend speaking to your regular doctor - and then a few more - who would best assist you personally.
Much love for you and your baby xKelly
