Moo Goo scalp cream.
I've had it all my life and turns out it's seborrheic dermatitis. The only thing that has got it under control is Nizoral (speak to your doctor before considering using it as I do not know if it's suitable for children) and a watered down vinegar spray applied straight after showering.
Take her to a dermatologist. They can make up a solution for it. Def worth getting the right diagnosis and treatment for it. I’ve had it all my life. I now get a solution from David Hoskins Chemist, they specialise in this and have a section on their website for scalp psoriasis etc worth calling them too. They’ve been amazing and full of knowledge on this topic.
Forgot to mention , not sure with her age but they will advise you, if you call.
Cocoanut oil, it will make her roots greasy but add it a few days before each hair wash..
