How do we adopt a child in NSW?
I've seen people that foster first but we would prefer adopting.
I understand it's expensive and a long process but any advice on process ect would be amazing.

There are very few children to adopt, and most kids available for adoption get adopted by there foster carers.

Very few kids available for adoption these days, they are aborted instead.
I'd suggest doing some hard research into adoption especially from the point of view of the adoptees and really think about why you want to adopt but honestly it sounds like if fostering isn't right for you adoption may not either.
Fostering was only out due to the inconsistency of children being moved day or night and no notice where we would like to give long term care. But rude make assumptions
