Anything natural for stress & anxiety

Do you take anything natural/over the counter for stress/anxiety? I don’t want medication as such, but wondering if there is anything else? Thankyou!

There's stress and anxiety essential oil blends.
ATM I'm on medication but will be talking to my Dr about CBD oil as an alternative. The meds only worked for a short time and increasing them didn't go well.

All of those things under Well-being work to reduce stress and anxiety.
- do things you enjoy
-self care/hygiene
- sunshine (vitamin D - go outside, you can take a supplement as well if you’re low but don’t replace getting outside)
- fresh air
-nature
- sleep
-nutrition
- time with friends
-organise or take care of anything you can that causes stress/anxiety
(Could be hiring a cleaner, doing one room or one cupboard/the car/your handbag, opening the mail you’ve been avoiding, writing lists, creating timetables and making sure this time is defined and limited, so you stop and don’t feel bad when you are not doing it)
-connections/support people, talking
- time doing what you want to better yourself whether hobby/career
