Hi sisters!
I’ve finally got my tax done and income completed. I’d like to go to Centrelink and correct my income. I’ve basically paid full daycare due to it not being correct and may be eligible for backdated family tax benefit.
Do you know how to get it backdated? How far back with they backdate?
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Times ar enough and need all the $$ I can get. Thank you.

It probably does it automatically when your tax is lodged. Give it a few days and give them a call but I’d say you will get payment soon once it’s all calculated. They are usually quick with it once lodged.
I over estimated our income for Childcare rebate and the refund hit my account automatically. Was a very nice surprise. Check your myGov inbox
