Hey mums, tips or best way to loose that stubborn belly fat/love handles?
I'm active, play sports, take 6 flights of stairs each day at work, eat pretty well and its the only bit I just cant loose?!

Where you loose and gain fat is mostly genetics.
So unless you go on an extreme diet or get lipo you will always have some belly fat.
Drink water, and not just an increase but lots and lots of water.
What’s your carb intake like?
I have always had a belly even at 45kgs
Turns out my sugar is high.
6 months into a very restricted diet and diabetes medication, the tummy is on the decline.
