The course is generally called education support. It is available through tafe or other providers. If you havnt completed a cert 3 or higher, it should be free. It should also be available online or face to face (depending where you live), and you will be required to do a certain amount of hours of placement. Whichever provider you choose to go through will have instructions on how to apply on their website. Hope this helps :)
