Take her to the GP to get a mental health care plan and make an appointment with a psychologist. Or if she’s threatening harm you take her to the hospital for a mental health assessment.
Has she been doing this for years? She could have ADHD. I find it gets worse the older they get/teenage years. Take her to a GP for a referral to a paediatrician.
So do you sit her down and go over what she said and did, how it affected people, how they feel when that happens to them, how she needs to make amends she can’t just treat someone like crap then move on when she’s ready.
Really she should have instant consequences, then a discussion, then restoration. Handle it at the time.
Hubby has ADHD, he has had one major outburst where he insisted the house was a mess, I went out not dealing with his tantrum, came back hours later to all the furniture out in the yard, house was empty, him sitting having no idea what happened.
He nearly lost his everything that day, has no memory of it.
He has blacked out a few times in our nearly 20 years, all emotional triggers, now he is north of 40 the irrational opinions are easily pulled up.
