Should I study.? Has anyone studied certificate IV in disability.

Hi All , just curious to see who's studied disability support course or individual support certificate etc, and if so, how did you find the 13 modules to get through. The course I've enrolled in is 1 module per week, zoom over two evenings per week and the course is Certificate IV in disability, and I work 3 to 4 days per week within the industry but on an entry level for now. I also have a family , hubby and 3 children, and 1 who has additional needs which the symptoms of the disability can make me tired etc. However I'm still feeling that I'd like to accomplish this course and it will give me a higher hourly pay rate in the long term. And a feeling of accomplishment and being proud that I have completed something I've thought about for awhile.
How did others go with this course, or similar course, and any tips on studying a certificate in general when you have a family/job. I guess I just need that push and encouragement to do this. Thank you.

It’s not difficult. If you are already working in disability you will know most of it.
I employ support workers to work with my son, most are working toward or already have finished the course.
It’s worth while to check that box for the hire pay rate, and if you ever want to change up from hands on work it leads to other courses.
