Try readingeggs.com . Both of my boys used it when they were young and starting to read. Lots of fun interactive activities to do as they progress through the levels. Also if you buy the book sets, you’ll get free access for awhile before you have to pay a subscription, or at least you used to. I think they also do a maths program as well, but that was released after my boys were finished reading eggs.
This might be old school, but this is what I do (and yes I work full time):
Find out what they're struggling with at school and do some work with them together at the dining table.
The teacher might even be able to give you some work to go through.
It's not year 12 specialist maths, surely you can help them?
I don't believe in deferring parenting to apps.
My kids' school is now using reading eggs. I've heard it's a great tool for supporting learning to read. I'm not aware of apps that can help with writing & maths will be curriculum dependent. The school might have something. Mine used to have one that could be used at home that went to grade three.
You could ask the teacher for a meeting as well. If need be, involve other staff, like a spec ed teacher or the dean of students or whatever your school has that guides learning. Ask what areas specifically are needed, and if they think it's worthwhile getting your child assessed for a global delay that needs addressing, or just a couple of areas, so you can get appropriate support in place.
You can't just use apps as a stand alone solution, though. They're a great support tool, but there needs to be parent & teacher engagement to be successful.
I hope you get the help you need.
