Calorie deficit. It has to last long term. Dieting for two weeks then crashing won’t do anything it has to be sustained long term. So good filling food that still brings you in under 1200 or 1400 will let you do that. Add some exercise to keep healthy and also busy so you’re not eating, but it doesn’t burn that many calories so don’t stress over it.
Drink lots of water. Lots. Really, lots.
Calorie deficit, but trying to go fast will just lead to a binge and yo-yo effect.
Aim for 1/2 fo 1kg a week unless a doctor or dietitian has told you otherwise.
Muscle burns the most energy. Build muscle and your body's metabolism will be faster to feed the muscles.
I started OMAD (one meal a day) in November. I have lost 14kg since then. I only do it 5 days a week and eat what I want on the weekends. An added bonus is that from 4 days in my chronic back pain is nearly gone from the anti inflammatory process that you get with fasting. I eat my meal at night (anything i want). If I feel sick from hunger i have a cup of soup to get me through at lunch time but most days I don't have a problem. I tried everything over the last few years and this has been a lifesaver for me.
