I use to be SO active. I worked part time where I was on my feet all day. Then I had time to come home and go for a 5km run. I was so mentally well. It was my out let.
I now have a new job, a 9-5 office job. I also have a child on my own full time.
I've gained weight. 6kgs or more. In under a year. My clothes don't fit. I don't eat bad never been into take away, packet chips etc.
How to I loose some of this weigh. It's the stomach fat getting to me.
My mum says it's because I'm older now and my metabolism and hormones have changed.
Weight loss tips would be so nice from your all.

Get ozempic from your dr . I was the same and slowly losing it now. Best thing I did.
Really?
For someone that went from a runners body and had now put on 6kg?
People like you are the reason so many that NEEDED it went without.
Ozempic should not be used this way and the Dr would be so irresponsible in prescribing it for only 6kg loss.
My husband needs for his diabetes so yo see it branded around like a quick fix, is incredibly irresponsible.
OP, a treadmill or a stationary bike would be the way to go. Also, if your child is old enough to ride a bike, then your can either ride with them or run whilst they ride. If they are young and go to childcare, drop them off early and go for a run. You'll get there!!
It's hard working more hours, and having a kid at home.
Invest in one thing you know you'll use. Treadmill, rower, bike etc and get it out for 30 mins after kid is in bed or get up early in the morning to use it.
I'm 50. Been in menopause since I was 46. I only eat ketogenic and I'm a size 6-8. I used to be a size 14 . It's simply not true that getting older causes middle age spread. Its diet that does that .
