I'm a 33 year old woman in a physical job where I sweat and am covered in dirt and oil most days.
My face is breaking out like I'm a teenager. I'm on antibiotics and they haven't helped. I've tried every face wash you can think of.
Please help!

Are you also moisturising? My teenage son’s paediatrician said to get him into a good cleansing and moisturising routine to help with his acne. When he cleanses with a wet bamboo cloth then moisturises with an Ecology Skincare cream, his face (and back) starts to clear up. He was also on antibiotics for most of this year as he had to get his back clear prior to scoliosis surgery. I can always tell when he hasn’t been cleansing and moisturising because the acne starts to get worse again.
One word, Roaccutane.
If it's breaking out because of the dirt, sweat and oil clogging pores, try using products that really clean out the pores of your skin. I've super oily skin from PCOS and find my skin has horrendous breakouts and blackheads unless I keep on it, twice a day. As long as I keep it up, I have no problems at all.
I double cleanse at night (once in the morning) using a gentle cleanser suited to my skin type. My main weapon is a BHA exfoliant (AHA for dry skin, I think, but check) on a cotton makeup remover pad. A glycolic acid or Salicylic exfoliant will work too. You'd be surprised how much extra dirt comes off onto that make up pad from the exfoliant. Also a suitable moisturiser for your skin type.
Make sure any face sunscreen is face specific. The general stuff will clog your pores.
There's also exfoliant syple body washes or lotions for the rest of your body, too, if needed.
I use a brand called Paula's choice (who will help you select a routine). There'll but there'll be plenty of options available in the chemist as well.
