Hey all!!
I've been gifted a vibrating board as in one for "weight loss/cardio" sort of thing.
Question being, had anyone lost weight with one?? (Now before you all go physco like usual) I am very active, work on my feet all day, play sport/train twice a week and try and walk. And excersize before bed and eat pretty well for the most part, so I'm not relying on this being a miracle fix for the mum pouch and love handles, just wondering if anyone had any good results from using one themselves. It's not gonna do much for weight loss, but will help with circulation and muscle tone.
My girlfriend stuffed up her hips on one of these. They are a bit rough on the joints . She didn't lose weight either.
It works for balance and muscle strength tho. That's about it.
