Looking for my gym girls here!!
I'm a Gym beginner!! Been a lot of years since I've been and now the kids are all at school I'll have some time again to start at the gym again.
My question is, lol, what do you do at the gym? I don't know where to start!
I was just going to go hit the treadmill, it's just for fitness and a small amount of weight loss.
I am active already, I play sport once a week and train through the week as well and try to walk when I can while having a physical job.
Any advice would be so good!! Thank you all!!!

I literally use the Gym for movement. Just 50mins every couple of days. . 20mins treadmill. 15mins stationary bike. 15mins Rower.
Just depends on your goals. I'm not needing to lose weight, and toning up isn't my concern. Stamina and movement are, so my workouts are purely that. Simple, basic, and low impact.
I get a lot of cardio out of the gym so I go for strength training.
I found one off session with a PT very helpful.
