Does anyone else bleed a little after sex, but only when they go on top? No std’s or anything (recently been tested). Sex doesn’t hurt. I’m late 30’s. Just curious why.

Could be anything and I suggest checking with your GP.
However, disclaimer done, I had my 5 yearly pap smear done a few months ago, and my GP told me I had lesions on my cervix or uterus (can't remember which!). They're very common in women who have given birth.
They're not dangerous, not a pre-curser to anything nasty, zero concern. BUT they can cause light bleeding after sex, I think the GP mentioned something about certain positions or if it's vigorous, but I can't remember. It was an aha moment for me as I have this issue too.
I have just been diagnosed with adenomyosis and its one of the symptoms. See a doctor to get a scan referral to see whats going on.
