Do you already have one? I think I remember something about your first abn can be done online but if you want another one you need to ring them up? You will have to ring them anyway. Your payments will have nothing to do with it.
I had the same issue initially but reapplied with a different email address and it was approved. No idea why it was declined initially, so my suggestion is try again.
Yes my first one was declined and I just tried again and it worked. I think I ticked a wrong box or something lol
