Surely this isn’t rocket science… contact Centrelink..
Before you do though make sure you check your own motives. Self reflect. Make sure this isn’t that your just trying to hurt or get at the other parent and that this course of action is indeed the best thing for your children.

Your post comes across spiteful. You simply need to make a phone call. Child support probably isn’t going to be a life changing amount of money TBH. So you will need to find a way to compliment the payments.
I am not the OP, your response is strange. He is not getting any centrelink payments for the children because she is getting it for them. So these 2 kids are missing out. Child support has nothing to do with it, its about centrelink payments from what I gather. It is not always as easy as a phone call either if the other party is difficult to deal with, it can take a long time to sort out.
Asking a forum instead of calling Centrelink though. you’re right though I’m strange one.
Centrelink payment for your children? That is not child support. WILD that such a thing exists!
Have you told centrelink the children are now in your care? You need to get onto them asap and change the percentage of care. They should ring your ex to confirm and if she does it is easy, if not you have to fill in forms which is a pain but can be done.
