Pre teen motivation/inspiration?

Needing some advice. I have a 11yr old girl and I feel like she has little to no confidence and she is struggling with motivation/inspiration.
Does anyone have suggestions on programs/documentaries/podcasts anything that may help to build my gorgeous girl up!
