Anyone working in a bank. Could help answer my question?

Does anyone work for Commonwealth bank? I've applied to a Customer Banking Specialist position and have to do an online job interview.
I've never worked for a bank before. What question's would they be asking? Or any ideas on what I would need to say.
Only applied because I want a different career path and the work hours are perfect for what I can do as well.
