Having been in a similar situation. The first thing I want you to do is remind yourself that you have time to make any decisions you need to make. This is no longer about him, he's been selfish, so he no longer has a choice (basically f#ck him). This is about what you and your kids need to do in this moment.
So I needed time to grieve and plan how to leave. I kept my mouth closed and started planning my exit. I left when I felt strong enough to and had some money aside.
You may decide to stay but again this is about you and not him. He's made his choice, now it's all about you and your kids.
So sorry this has happened to you lovely <3 I know this would knock your own self-worth and I just want to reassure you that some men are just p!gs and it's not you. I repartnered and many many years later am still being treated with respect. It truly is his issue <3
