All expenses paid holiday

HI, I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction of a all expenses paid family holiday in Queensland(pay a certain amount which covers you for food, drinks and activities)? Do they exist? Any feeback if you have been on one in a resort.
Background info, I want to organise a family holiday for my husbands side of the family, as unfortunately they haven't had a family holiday and dad has been diagnosed with cancer. So it needs to be family friendly, I will have a 2.5 year old and a infant.Many thanks
