My 3yr old girl is fully toilet trained at home but still has accidents at childcare (number 1's and 2's). I think its because she gets too distracted and busy playing. The teachers are excellent and have tried everything to remind her to go to the toilet. Its not everyday but averaging 3-4 accidents a week...any ideas would be greatlt appreciated.

As an early childhood teacher, I can tell you, sometimes they just get too busy and distracted! I always found telling the children how awesome and fantastic it was at the end of the day if there were no accidents. Don't be cross Eric if they do have an accident but be really over the top excited about no accidents. It might sound silly but from having a 25-35 month room - it was affective. All of my children in my room were amazing at it. Positive reinforcement is a wonderful way of learning!
