Hi I'm in need of advise sorry for the long story.. I have been on the pill for many years off and on but been on it for 2 years straight, levlan ED is what iv always been on but I started to have spotting after about a year or so, so my doctor put me on a different one I think Diane but I kept bleeding between periods so I was put on a different one now I am on femme-tab ED I have had thrush 3 times in 3 months I have had bleeding for almost 2 months straight. I went to the doctor as I wanted a untrasound done that came back saying I have polycistic ovarian syndrome. My doctor didn't seem like it was a big deal so Iv booked an appointment with a gyno but that's not till the end of next month. Question is do I stay on this stupid pill till I see the gyno? Or stop taking it?i don't want to get pregnant so I need to be on something.. I was thinking of maybe getting an IUD put in but don't know a lot about them. Thanks in advance..

Keep taking your pill until you've discussed with the gyno. For continuation of care it's best to just wait it out and it's only 4 weeks away. It takes time to get an IUD put in anyway and as you can't just stop taking it it's best to fully research it first and who better to help you decide than the gyno.
