Lose Baby Weight Program

Hi everyone i just have a couple of questions..
1. do you give your kids the same foods as in the plan or different ones?
2. does anyone have extreme fussy eaters? how do you handle them?
3. i'm a somewhat binge eater anyone else? how did you stop and only eat every couple of hours?
4. i'm on a very tight budget can't afford more than 100-150 a week on food. does anyone have the same or similar budget? is this plan possible on such a low budget?
5. did you have different foods for each meal every day or the same for a couple of days/a week in a row?

sorry for all the questions :/
any help with any of them would be great!! or any other info!

If you are aware that you're a binge eater, you need to get this addressed through counselling first. I have had clients with eating disorders and unless they get counselling to work through the underlying issues, diets or lifestyle changes don't work for them because the disorder is stronger than any diet.

Please consider this before you sign up to and spend money on a program like this. You can get free sessions with a psychologist if you speak to your GP about a mental health plan.

I agree, I am a binge eater although it is mostly under control now and I recognise triggers so that I can use healthier coping mechanisms.
No diet will work until you understand why you binge eat.

1. Same foods, smaller portions. Lots of veggies but save something special one night a week for yourself for dinner some decant seafood or something. and save yourself a small treat for when the kids are in bed a couple of times a week. Maybe a glass of wine or a scoop of ice cream.
2. I give all my girls the same food as me for dinner, if they don't eat it for dinner, they get it for their next meal, and usually they are very hungry and eat it then. Lol but my eldest step daughter hates tomatoes so she just picks them out of meals IF she sees them and recognises what it is. Which mostly doesn't happen. Also I find grating veggies into a bolognase or getting the child's involved in the kitchen helps as well like top and tailing beans or picking the peas out of the pod or taking the husks off the corn really help getting interested with food and what happens in the kitchen.
3. I was in the same boat for a while. I found eating small amounts regularly really helped me break my cycle. An apple here, tin of tuna there, hand ful of nuts here, sticks of cucumber there. That sort of thing. Also try not buying much pre packaged foods helped me. Because I would have to make things from scratch like dips and chips. (Making your own chips is really easy! Slicing potato very thinly and baking with minimal oil is so delicious with homemade dips)
4. Planning your meals every week is the key. So think of breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack.
Also if you can preparing some of your meals ahead of time can really help. Like if pumpkin is on special make a big batch of pumpkin soup and freeze it so you just need to heat up what you need. Use veggies that won't stay fresh for very long the first couple of days after you do your shopping and then more sturdy veg can be used later in the week.
5. There is nothing wrong with having the same meal in a week. It's how you can stay on budget when times are tough. Just try to make more of a meal and freeze the other half so you can have it during the week. Try not to have it consecutive days in a row, if you can try and break it up just so the kids don't complain on the off chance. Lol
