Male friends wanting more!! Help!

So I am in a bit of a pickle!! I am no longer with my ex (5yrs separated) but his 2 best men at our wedding have told me recently that they are very interested in me romantically..
Now I consider them both very close to my heart and very good friends.. But I am not interested in them like what they want me to be. Both of them have there own sets of life problems... One has just been thru cancer and has huge issues with his wife and the other has phycological issues... Not that is an issue with our friendship nor will it ever be... But how do I approach this.. I have already said to them both that I will always be their for them and am not ready for anything...
I don't want to make their life any more harder than it is.. One has already asked me to be the mother of his next child as I am the only one he will ever trust..
I don't want to lead either of them on or brake a friendship. I have been honest to a point... But can't find it in my self to say.... Not interested...at all!!! Just don't what to put them in more of an emotional state as they already are... Help!! Any ideas?

Just say that you would prefer to remain friends and are thinking of everyone's feelings. Ie your ex's included. :-) goodluck

Ex burnt his bridges with his best men a while back.. Not saying that it's at all appropriate.
Ex has been a douche... with every one he knows including our son and I and even his own brother, ever since he met his new partner... Go figure!

I guess you could modify that by saying you don't think it's fair on everyone and best to remain friends rather than nothing?

You will do more harm to these friendships by not being direct. It sounds like they are both in bad stages of their lives and projecting feelings on to you. Just say ' I value your friendship but that's all I feel for you'. Be Beth clear otherwise things can and do get very messy and nasty.

Just say "your friendship means to much to me to risk it by being in a relationship with you" it worked with my best friend
