OCD Mums

I have a mild form of OCD. Just when it comes to things like - dog strictly outside, books have to be in order from tallest to shortest, DVDs in alphabetical order, clothes in colour coordination, etc. As a kid my Mum suffered it severely & is medicated for it to this day. She couldn't even sit down to relax if she saw a picture frame or an ornament crooked or out of place. She can't wear anyone else's shoes & nobody can wear her shoes or put their shoes on top of hers. She will not visit someone else's house unless she's wearing socks or slippers, & can't get into bed at night unless she's cleaned herself in the shower. It can be so tiring to live with, I know. I also know how controlling it is.
