problem toilet training.

My 3 1/2 year old has been toilet trained during the day since she was 18 months old but recently she's just started wetting her pants, dose anyone have any ideas on why this would be happening?? She goes to the toilet on her own frequently uses her step up ladder, she wipes properly and fushes even washes her hands after. She doesn't hold on or wait till the last minute to go she actually really good with going on the toilet but she still wets herself, She has only been wetting herself for the past 2 months and i cant brake her out of it. I dont know whats happening, dose anyone know how i could get her to stop? .

Has she had a bladder infection or UTI sometimes that can kick of toileting issues. It also could be that she is too into playing and so forgets to go or doesn't want to go. Is she more likely to wet when doing a particular activity? Just because she does it correctly some times doesn't mean a child will do it all the time, toileting regression is quite common at different ages.
