How many times can I reheat expressed breast milk? I cant for the life of me remember also dose anyone re heat formula? I have a 10 day old baby girl

I was told to only heat milk once. That was a long time ago though so things might have changed.
Once if freezing best to freeze in small batches so you don't waste it :)

once only. I don't reheat formula. I used to find it was easier to make the bottles I needed for 24 hours with cooled boiled water. Add the formula then pop in fridge. Then heat as needed - heat once only and discard leftover milk.
For formula, I heat the water before adding the powder, so microwaving to reheat does not kill off the nutrients in the formula that your baby needs, but you might want to prepare some ahead for night feeds to make things easier. Good luck with everything, and no matter how you feed your baby, as long as they are meeting their growth milestones, and eating regularly, you are doing the right thing mum!
