I had to travel with them early October (first available flight after a death in the family) and while we ended up delayed for 5 hours the staff were amazing and very helpful. They let us leave the airport so we didn't have to sit around and wait, they called us 1 hour before the plane left and the staff on the plane were very understanding (as I keept bursting in to tears) and offered us free drinks and food all the way. While the delay at the time was very upsetting as all I wanted to do was get to my family the staff defenatly made the 5 hour delay and 4 hour trip less stressful than it could have been.
I haven't travelled with them before but I wouldnt travel with jetstar again cause there seating is not organized and the flight was delayed with no explanation what so ever from the airline I have also traveled with virgin blue and on a qants link and they where great
