Vent

Long story short I'm a family day care mum in a small country town and I subsides my income by sub contract cleaning to another small cleaning company that is run by one of my husbands bosses partners. When I first started with her everything was going great hardly ever spoke about what was happening with the other halves work and regular work for me but I have noticed in the last few weeks that if her partner has a problem with my hubby my work drops off or if I can't do a job because hubby is going to be home late the same thing happens and when it comes to being paid she is at least 2 invoices behind. Hubby is at the stage where he doesn't want me working for her anymore and when I bring up the subject of me starting my own cleaning company he is very hesitant due to someone may know them or know someone who knows them. I do abit of advertising for family day care but there hasn't been a huge demand for it like there was before I came. Thank you
