Books about sex and relationships for parents and kids

Hey mums I am starting to prepare myself for "the talk" with my daughter who is 9 yrs old. What are some good (preferably modern) books for me to read myself and for me to read with her? Do you have any LGTBQ+ book suggestions as well?
