Has anyone had the 15 minute heart check at the doctor? What does it involve? Can any doctor do it? Does it cost extra? Is it thorough? I’m almost 40 and overweight. Just starting my journey to get healthier and thought this would be a good start as I get palpitations quite often. Thankyou

My last baby was 7.5 years ago. I have been getting a bit of colostrum lately. Is this “normal”? Anyone else had anything similar? Not pregnant as I had a very heavy period about a week ago. ** Edit to add- I had a breast ultrasound about 2 ish years ago. Nothing found.
